Citrus Capital is a new independent corporate finance advisory firm built on a senior led model. We are deliberately focused in how we grow, with close client engagement, disciplined execution and a clear commitment to professional standards.

The firm is led by Jayceon Barry, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Citrus Capital. He has experience across corporate finance, commercial banking and strategic advisory, with a background in transaction structuring, lending, capital raising and governance.

Jayceon is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Banker Institute and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

At Citrus Capital, he leads the firm’s strategic direction, client relationships and advisory activity.

As a new firm, Citrus Capital is being built carefully and with a long term perspective. The firm operates with a focused structure, allowing it to remain responsive, senior led and closely aligned with client objectives as the business develops.
